Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email to info@luxvoyagetours.com, and they are valid only when LUXVOYAGETOURS confirms the cancellation in writing.

Cancellation Policy for Transfers and Private Tours

Cancellations for transfer and tour services are possible under the following conditions:
• More than 97 hours prior to reservation: Full refund minus any processing fees (credit card, etc.) and/or exchange costs.
• 96-49 hours prior to reservation: 50% refund minus any processing fees (credit card, etc.) and/or exchange costs.
• 48-0 hours prior to reservation: No refund. 

Force Majeure

If a tour cannot be carried out due to unforeseen circumstances affecting the destination, LUXVOYAGETOURS will offer either an alternative tour or a new date for the cancelled tour.
If neither of the previous options is feasible or the unforeseen circumstances are widespread, the total amount of the tour, minus processing fees and/or exchange costs, will be refunded. 

Client No-Show Policy

A no-show is defined as a traveler who is not at the pick-up point by the end of the free waiting time, according to the free waiting time policy.

If you are not at the pick-up location at the scheduled time, our representative or driver will try to contact you via SMS/WhatsApp/Viber or call you on your mobile phone 15 minutes or 5 minutes before the end of the free waiting time, respectively. At the end of the free waiting time, the following will apply:

If you have not responded: The driver will need to be released. In this case, the transfer will be marked as a no-show and will be cancelled without a refund, resulting in a 100% cancellation charge and no refund to the traveler.
If you have responded and requested additional waiting time: If we can accommodate the request, you will be informed of the additional charge that will apply, and we will contact the waiting driver.
